Soft chocolate chip cookies with a marshmallow swirl!
Lauren here! Remember a couple weeks ago when I said I was embarking on a cookie journey? Here’s an update, that journey is still on-going, and these chocolate chip marshmallow cookies are creeping their way up to the top of my favorites list. I never thought I’d see the day when peanut butter chocolate chunk cookies were de-throwned. But, don’t worry, they are still a very close #2.
Is there an age when it becomes inappropriate to eat marshmallow fluff as part of your meal? If there is, then I don’t care because I am still going to continue to eat it. So there. I have been eating peanut butter and fluff sandwiches for as long as I can remember, and they just make me feel good. Marshmallow fluff is like comfort food to me. It makes me feel young even though I’m getting old (er). Is it the most nutritious thing in the world? No. But it fills my insides with joy, and I think that outweighs the sugar content.
Look at that marshmallow goodness though.
These cookies make me happy because they combine everyone’s forever favorite chocolate chip cookie, with my forever favorite marshmallow fluff. They are soft, and gooey and pretty darn beautiful if you ask me. Big chocolate chunks with swirls of delicious marshmallow? Yes, please.
If you’re looking for an easy way to upgrade your chocolate chip cookies, then give these a try! We think you’ll like them!
