Soft sugar cookies dipped in chocolate and covered in rainbow sprinkles!
These are sugar party sprinkle cookies. That’s what I like to call them. But for simplicity’s sake, let’s just be boring and call them chocolate dipped sugar cookies.
These cookies are for those times when you want to make something quick and easy, but you want to add a little bit of pizzazz to fun them up a bit! Know what I mean? Like when you’re too lazy to put on real pants, so you throw on a cute headband and attempt to wing your eyeliner in the hopes that it will draw attention away from your sweatpants. Take that analogy right there, and BAM! You have my entire life completely figured out.
But in all honesty, these cookies are really easy, and really cute! You all probably know by now that we are suckers for sprinkles of all shapes and sizes, so we can’t help but love these.
Just look at our Funfetti Sugar Cookie Bars and you’ll understand. The obsession is very real.
I love a good soft sugar cookie, but sometimes (most times) I want a little somethin somethin with it. Believe me, there is a time and a place for a naked sugar cookie. I don’t know when or where that place is, but I’m sure it exists somewhere. And I’m sure the people there are all very sad.
Just take the classic sugar cookie, dip halfway in chocolate, and then sprinkle with the jimmies of your choice.
Let the sugar sprinkle cookie party begin.
