Hello everybody! Are you sitting? You should sit. Sit and imagine a subtle drum roll playing in the back ground because I am about to hit you with my new all time favorite cupcake recipe. Are you ready? Oreo cupcakes with white chocolate Oreo cream cheese frosting. ( Insert sound of Angels singing here)
I have no problem admitting that Oreos and milk are one of my weaknesses. When I grab a package of Oreos I know for a fact that I need to put on my stretchy pants and hide from the outside world because it isn’t going to be pretty. One does not simply eat the recommended serving size of 2 Oreos. No no no. Twenty cookies is my minimum. Double Stuffed to be more specific. I honestly don’t even know why not double stuffed is even an option. But anyway, I love Oreos.
I attempted to make cookies and cream cupcakes once before, but they caused me all sorts of problems and I ended up basically just giving up. However, when I saw this recipe I knew I needed to try again because they sounded so good. We were told by multiple people that these are the best cupcakes we have ever made, and I think I agree. If you have an unhealthy obsession with Oreos like we do, then you should give these cupcakes a shot. They won’t let you down!
