I’m in love, I’m in love and I don’t care who knows it!! Kudos to those of you who get that movie reference. You’re our kind of people. My heart is bursting with all the feels because I have found a cookie recipe that fills me with joy. Pure, unconditional, warm and delicious joy. Crunchy around the edges, soft and gooey on the inside, these cookies actually are perfect. I brought these cookies into work and they were gone in less than a day. When you get a text from a co-worker saying that she just finished eating her fourth one, then you know you’ve found a keeper. I will definitely be making these cookies again. And again. And again. Until the end of time because they are that fricken good.
White chocolate and cranberries just belong together. Like peanut butter and jelly. Oreos and milk. Kanye West and egotism. They just work.
These cookies would also be good with Macadamia nuts if you wanted to invite them to the party. If you’re into that kind of thing.
These cookies were simple and easy which is exactly what I like in a cookie recipe. However, I will say, make sure you are using a heavy duty wooden spoon. I actually snapped mine in half during the folding process. Snapped it in half! Lord knows it wasn’t because of my super human strength. I have the upper body strength of a newborn infant. (It’s mostly because that wooden spoon has been in this house since I was actually an infant). Long story short, fold with caution. We hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we did! Do yourself a favor and just double the recipe when you make these so you have twice as many cookies. You’ll be glad you did. Trust me.
